COURSE 1
FUNDAMENTALS FIRST
Program goal: Learn the fundamentals of strength training and nutrition. 28 nutrition lessons, 12 workouts, 100+ page e-book.
Result: Better knowledge on how to move and eat.

COURSE 2
WRESTLE READY
Program goal: Do-it-yourself strength, conditioning, and nutrition course.
Result: Improved understanding of of strength training, conditioning, nutrition, and recovery for wrestling.

COURSE 3
THE DAILY WRESTLER
Daily workouts. 18 different 6 week training programs!
Program goal: Build the 10 physical qualities (strength, aerobic conditioning, anaerobic conditioning, speed/agility, flexibility/mobility, balance/stability, muscle mass, leanness, power, tissue resilience) as a wrestler throughout the year.
Result: Become a well-rounded athlete and wrestler.

I'm Ray Yagloski.
As a college wrestler, I searched and searched for lifting and nutrition information for wrestling. I could not find it.
After 10 years as a strength and conditioning coach and 8 years as a wrestling coach, I said enough is enough. I want to build an entire system of workouts and nutrition tips specific to wrestlers.
I love this sport. I love working out. I love nutrition.
This system will produce both health and high performance. You will learn. You will train. You will get better. Win on and off the mat with your strength, muscle, conditioning, speed, power, cutting weight and much more. Do it all in a way where it is HEALTHY, LONG LASTING, and SMART.
Enough of this nonsense "beat yourself into the ground". Enough of this confusion on what to do for workouts. Enough of drastic cutting weight methods. Those are the old days of wrestling.
